Pet Parade
Stroll through History 2009 invites you and your loved ones to our 2nd annual Pet Parade. The Pet Parade provides wholesome community fun and entertainment for the entire family and pets of all kind are welcome!
Date: Saturday, September 12, 2009
Location: Freeman Park on Main Street at 5th Street
Time: Registration from 8:30 – 9:00 AM Parade begins at 9:00 AM
Judging will take place during the parade. Prizes will be awarded for:
- Best Dressed Pet
- Best Dressed Pet/Owner Combo
- Most Original Float or Wagon
The rules are simple.
- All pets that have the ability to run amuck must be leashed, haltered, or caged and an adult must accompany young children
- No political or commercial promotions
- Foot power only (exceptions may be arranged)
