2007 Stroll Through History

Rules and Information
- EARLY BIRD! If you register your 12' x 12' space by JULY 15, the cost is $20. After July 15, the cost is $30.00 for a 12' x 12' space. Mail check to: the Stroll Through History, P O Box 1706, Woodland, Ca. 95776
- In addition to the space fee, you will need to obtain a one-day business permit. The fee for this permit is $30.00.
Mail check to: the City of Woodland, 300 First St, Woodland, CA 95695. If you already have a Woodland business permit you do not have to pay this one day fee.
- Location is in the parking places on Main street in downtown Woodland, California.
Please bring a shade canopy, table and chairs. It will be warm, so a cooler would be handy. Porta-potties are nearby.
- Returning vendors have priority on spaces.
- Unloading and set up are to be completed by 8:00 am, and all vehicles removed from the area. Free parking is adjacent, no time restraints on Saturday. You may arrive the night before, but no security is provided overnight, so do so at your own risk.
An information sheet on overnight accommodations can be sent upon request.
Spaces will be marked in chalk and a space number assigned. Please arrive early enough to be in place and ready to sell by 8:00 a.m., as the Pancake Breakfast begins then.
- Vendors must remain in the area until 4:00 p.m., please do not pack up before then.
Visitors will be returning from the Open Home Tours and the last Walking Tour and may want to pick up previously purchased items, or shop for last minute gifts.
- Part of the fun and atmosphere of our event is the historic/Victorian theme.
Participants dress in old-time costumes, and it's encouraged for vendors, also!
Doesn't have to be fancy; a frilly blouse, long skirt and straw hat for women; men can wear shirts with string neckties, bowlers and armbands, or western wear.
But stay cool!
- Reservation forms must be received by us by August 26th. No refunds after that date. Space is available on a "first come, first served," basis. Get your reservation in early!
- The Stroll Through History has the right to refuse a vendor for unsuitable, unrelated or inferior merchandise. New vendors may be screened for suitability.
